"I could just do this myself for free."
You could. Plenty of people land in London and start cold, job-hunting from a hostel with nowhere sorted to live.
The difference here is which way round it works. Applying yourself means sending CVs and hoping someone replies. With us, your profile sits in front of venues who are actively looking, and they come to us asking to interview you. Most applicants get multiple interviews to choose between. You still land the job yourself. We just make sure you’re the one being approached.

"What once felt scary turned out to be the best decision of our lives."
Amber & Brock, two years in, still working and exploring.
How it works
Apply free and have a chat
Create your profile, then a casual call about your plans, preferred roles and locations. We're straight with you about what live-in actually means: staff accommodation, usually shared, and it varies venue to venue.Pay your deposit
$395, taken off your total. This is where we start matching you.Venues come to you
Your profile goes live in our venue portal. Venues browse and ask us to set up interviews, and most applicants get multiple. If you're not getting picked up, or you're landing soon without a role, we go out to venues directly and put you forward.Interview and land the role
Usually online while you're still at home. You ask the questions, you decide if it fits. The offer is yours to earn, the same as any job.Pay the balance
Once you've accepted a role and the venue has confirmed it, the remaining $600 is due. Nothing further to pay.Fly out, and we stay on
Pre-departure steps, visa guidance pointing to official sources, and settling-in support. Once you're placed, your employer manages your role and workplace, the same as any job. We stay in your corner for the travel side.$395 deposit + $600 on placement = $995 total.
That's everything, no hidden extras.
